Payment Options
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment for individual appointments is required at the time of booking. Package payments may be made either when booking, or at your first treatment.
Package Validity
All treatment packages must be used within the specified validity period, starting from the date of purchase. Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances; please contact us to discuss. Please note that packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full appointment fee. For prepaid packages or memberships, the session will be deducted from your package. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the online booking system where available. If you are unable to make changes online, or if there are unusual circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.

Gift vouchers are available for all our services and packages. They make the perfect gift for someone special and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
First-Time Clients
If this is your first visit with us, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before your treatment. This will be sent automatically when you book and should be completed before you arrive for your appointment
