What is Holistic Fusion Massage?

This is a bespoke massage.

Holistic fusion massage is a blend eastern and western technique. It involves the application of gentle and deep strokes, acupressure, trigger points, essential oils or be wax, reflexology points, and muscle release techniques and stretches to help restore, balance and boost your overall well-being. Ideal for neck, back and lower back tension and pain, sciatica and piriformis syndrome.

What is abdominal massage?

Abdominal massage is a gentle and effective treatment focusing on the abdomen to stimulate bowel function. It helps relax a nervous bowel, relieve discomfort and pain caused by IBS, constipation, trapped wind, bloating. This treatment can also assist in better metabolic function and upper respiratory function through breathing and fascia release. We also incorporate reflexology, acupressure points, myofascial and diaphragm release techniques. Castor oil packs are also used when applicable.?Abdominal massage is the perfect choice for anyone who is slightly apprehensive about having a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment.

Please note: It is not advisable to have this treatment in the first 3 days of menstruation, after a heavy meal or after over-consumption of alcohol.

What is Lymphatic drainage massage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle, ‘light touch’ form of massage based on pumping, circular and spiral-shaped movements, which encourage the lymph fluid to flow more freely around the body. MLD renews, nourishes, strengthens and regenerates the cells, removes waste products, relaxes the nervous system and increases the immune system. It is particularly useful to reduce cellulite formation and fluid retention, swollen feet, and ankles (including sprained ankles), puffy eyes or face, sinusitis, nasal congestion, catarrh.

What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.

What is Myofascial release?

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The purpose of Myofascial Release is to break down scar tissue, relax the muscle and myofascia and restore good posture.
